2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We ship to addresses within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

We may add additional regions in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on eligible orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.
All costs and applicable taxes (if any) are displayed at checkout prior to purchase. We do not add hidden shipping fees.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Timing
4.1 Order cut-off time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays typically begin processing the next business day.
4.2 Processing time
Processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
4.3 Estimated delivery time
Transit time is typically 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 9 business days from the time your order is placed (processing + transit), excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Certain products may require additional handling time; if so, the product page or checkout will display an estimated timeframe that overrides the general estimate above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other comparable services based on destination, product type, and package size.
Shipment tracking
Tracking is provided for most shipments. When available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Insurance
Some shipments may be insured based on carrier and service level. If you experience a shipping issue, contact us using the information in Section 11.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after a label is created.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed packages

7.2 Marked delivered but not received
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly if possible, then contact us so we can assist with next steps.
7.3 Damaged packages
- Photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homemancave.com.
We will review the information and provide resolution options in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, arrange for the missing item to be shipped or issue an appropriate resolution.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. For clarity, return shipping and return labels are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing as part of an approved resolution.
10. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipment costs may apply.
