This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through homemancave.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by UNDER HIS WINGS PSALM 91 4 LLC, doing business as Home Man Cave (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

3. Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Order cut-off time: Requests to cancel or change an order must be received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day.
- Requests received after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be reviewed the next business day and may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization. To request authorization, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.
5. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in new condition (unless the return is due to damage/defect on arrival)
- Item includes all original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Item is securely packaged for safe return shipment
Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not be eligible for return.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

- Order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
We may request additional information to evaluate the claim. If approved, we will provide next-step instructions, which may include a replacement, a refund, and/or a return process depending on the situation and product type.
Important: Keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Discarding packaging may impact our ability to file a carrier claim.
7. Return Shipping and Labels
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You must purchase and provide your own return shipping label and ensure the package is properly packed and insured where appropriate.
- We will provide the correct return address and any required authorization details once your return is approved.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
- You are responsible for loss or damage during return transit until the item is received by us (or our designated receiving facility).
8. Restocking Fee
For approved non-defective returns, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is calculated from the product price (excluding shipping, taxes, and other fees).
If a return is approved due to confirmed damage/defect/incorrect item on arrival, we will review restocking fees on a case-by-case basis based on the resolution offered.
9. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by us, and additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the credit.
Shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing as part of an approved resolution.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions. Replacement shipments may be subject to product availability. We reserve the right to offer a refund instead of a replacement where appropriate.
11. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Requests made after the applicable time windows (30 days for returns; 48 hours for damage/defect reporting)
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items (unless damaged/defective on arrival)
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale on the product page)
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
